Outage Management Systems
If your utility uses an OMS, it’s a major part of your response to any outage incident, and for a call center to fully serve you they need to be able to work with it. CallNet’s internal systems can integrate with many of the most common outage management systems found in the utility industry – NISC, Milsoft, ATS, Futura and more. This way, we don’t just take calls. We actively help you run your response to outages and other incidents by tracking incident locations and directing response teams.
This connectivity allows us to view predictions – how the outages are linked – and AMI status in real time. Using these capabilities, we update outage locations, dispatch linemen, and remain in communication with them throughout normal or emergency outage repairs. Once the reason for the outage has been determined, we relay outage timelines and details to your customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Automated Metering Infrastructure
If your utility uses automated metering infrastructure, we can help you avoid unnecessary and costly dispatches. Our two-way communication allows CallNet to verify a meter has power. If a question arises, we happily call the customer to confirm power status. We can align with many of the most widely used systems allowing us to verify voltage and restore power to a disconnected meter.
Billing and Customer Information Systems
CallNet utilizes your existing customer payment portal or can design a solution to fit the needs of your utility, specifically and precisely. We’re trained to capture the necessary data from your customer, whether it’s a regular monthly payment, satisfying a past due balance, or authorizing a payment arrangement.
